Serve at room temperature, surplus food can be chilled for up to 2 days. 24h Expected Adult Weight: 5kg 3 1/2 - 4 Pouches; 10kg 6 - 6 1/2 Pouches; 15kg 8 - 9 Pouches; 20kg 10 -11 Pouches. 1 pouch can be replaced with approx. 25 g of a dry food.DIET TRANSITION
To change your dog’s food, we recommend a gradual transition to help avoid stomach upsets. Generally, this takes around 7 days, but it is always a good idea to monitor your dog to check that the transition is going well.
To start the transition, introduce the new food as a low proportion of their old – we would recommend a 25% new food to 75% old food ratio - and gradually increase the new-to-old food ratio over ~7 days, until your dog has completely transitioned to the new food. Ensure to monitor your dog’s behaviour and food consumption over this period.
We would recommend a 25% new food to 75% old food ratio for the first few days, and if all the signs are good, moving to 50%/50% after ~4 days, 75%/25% after ~6 days. Finally, move to 100% of new food after 7 or 8 days if your dog continues to respond well and tolerate the new food.
